1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for returns, except for manufacturing defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
- Shipping the Product: Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If the product is found to be damaged or used, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
