1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for returns, except for manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product: Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If the product is found to be damaged or used, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
  • If you received the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
